Planning
We coordinate the chain of response, radio and info points with your event management, security and first aiders. With a written concept on request.
On site & report
Briefing before doors open, presence until the last guest has left, confidential final report the next day.

Dates on request, at your venue or in our seminar room. Awareness teams for December are planned with limited capacity per weekend, so book early.

In short.
Does an awareness team replace security?
No. Security handles order and access, the first aiders handles injuries. Awareness covers everything in between: guests who feel uncomfortable, harassed or discriminated against. We work closely with both.
When are awareness officers mandatory in Vienna?
Under § 26 of the Vienna Events Act from 300 guests present at the same time, at events with music, a dance or standing area, alcohol served and an end after 9 pm. We check this for your event free of charge.
How many people do I need?
Guideline: 1 from 300 guests, 2 from 600, 3 from 1,000, 4 from 2,000, 5 from 3,000, 6 from 4,000. At least every second person female.
What does an awareness team cost?
That depends on duration, number of guests and format. You receive a concrete quote within one working day, free of charge and without obligation. The minimum booking is 5 hours per person.
How short notice can you work?
For Vienna usually within two weeks, at shorter notice if available. Just ask.
