Awareness teams for events

An awareness team for your event in Vienna.

Book a team that is visibly on site for the whole event: at the info point, mobile in the crowd, on the radio with your security and first aiders. You tell us the date, format and number of guests, we take care of the rest.

What our team does on your night

Notice. Approach. Stay.

Notice. Our awareness officers move through the crowd and see what security and bar staff cannot: the person who “just needs some air”, the “I’m fine” that isn’t.

Approach. We talk to guests without exposing them and take reports at the info point, confidentially and at eye level.

Stay. We stay with the person affected until things are really okay: a quiet place, a glass of water, a taxi, the chain of response if needed.

Document. The next day you receive a confidential final report with incidents, measures taken and recommendations.

FAQ

About the deployment.

We have our own staff. Can you add to it?

Yes. Mixed set-up: your trained officers cover regular operations, we add people on big nights and take over team lead and documentation.

What happens to the data in the final report?

We do not talk about incidents with anyone but you. Reports are anonymised and deleted after the agreed period.

Do I also need a concept?

For events with a legal obligation we recommend a written awareness concept as a document for authorities and partners. If you already have one, we work on that basis.

December and ball season are the busiest months.

Reserve your date, we hold it until you get back to us.
